  45 minutes to get two sandwiches. I should have walked out after 20 min. Ridiculous wait and half the meal was cold. No manager in sight. Will never stop at this Panera again.

  This Panera is one of my favorite, I'm truly addicted to their coffee, we love everything they make, pastry, muffin, salads and sandwich, keep up the good work. Thank you to the wonderful staff!

  Service has declined over the past year. I only dine there once every few months, but they are always "out" of whatever I order from the menu. The pastries and cookies never seem to be stocked. The restaurant is always dirty. It's definitely not the image that was portrayed when the restaurant opened. I hope it improves because I can see it closing up. I used to enjoy dining there, when they were able to order enough to keep the place stocked. I was told by the cashier to come early in the day if I wanted to order what I wanted. I didn't realize I needed to cater to their needs, since I am paying them for a service.
