  Took my grandkids to the Margaret St Playland for dinner. There were us (5), and five others. The kids were playing and having fun. Then, a worker in a red shirt came in and told us it closes at 7:00 pm (the Playland). Didn't have a watch, so I asked the time, and she said it was 7:15 p.m. or so. Friday night and they close at 7:00 p.m., and then send a Red Shirt in to throw you out. Come on! Even my mother, never made us go to bed early on a Friday night, especially in the summer, when it's light out. Closing it at 9:00 p.m. is more reasonable. We left, but without dessert, since they were, in essence, throwing us out. When we got in the car, the time said 7:05 p.m. Not only were they throwing us out, Red Shirt lied as well.

  The playplace is often very dirty and smells like urine.
  The staff are rude and disrespectful.
  It is worth it to drive uptown and go to a better managed McDonald's.
