  Good eats here. Had an awesome pulled pork and chicken sandwich and it was delicious...the maple bacon potato chips are out of this world. Cool menu....ate outside with the fellas so can't tell you about inside but food was great. And service was spot on....Mary was the server who put up with our raucous crowd, lol. She was a sweetheart and awesome. We will be back.

  Quite possibly THE best dining experience in Plattsburgh. They have the best menu around. The mac n cheese is awesome, and is available in too many variations to list. Their beef and pork are some of the most delicious meats you will ever eat and they are perfectly prepared every time. I could go on about the food forever, but it is best to just go there yourself.
  
  I'd also like to mention the staff. Everyone is top notch there. They all know the whole menu from front to back and can answer any question you pose to them. They always take the time to chat and make you feel welcome.

  TOURIST UNFRIENDLY RESTAURANT. This place looked nice but we were treated incredibly rudely by the wait staff. We were a group of ten. We had just completed a marathon swim in Hague, New York and were both hungry and exhausted and needed a nice meal before continuing our drive home. Since we were a large group we wanted separate cheques, and asked for this before we ordered so that we could prepare the wait staff for this simple request. The waitress refused to do this and when we asked her why not, she said, "You know, you don't need to eat here." Her rudeness and sense of entitlement went far beyond this example but i won't bore you with the details. In the end we got up and left and went across the street to the lovely Italian-Greek place that accommodated us with ease and grace (excellent gyros, tzatziki and craft beer, by the way). Totally confounded as to why people need to be so antagonistic especially when you're the one paying to be there.
